The food is pretty good and the recipes do have some variety, however I've found much of it goes bad within the week and most egregious is the lack of a way to cancel the subscription through the app at all, forcing you to continue skipping boxes until you can figure out a way to cancel it otherwise. Not worth the hassle unless you already know you want to do it very long term.

Had to toss an entire box because everything inside was covered in chicken blood from crushed and damaged meat packages. Asked for a refund, but they gave me a credit. Was told that the credit would automatically apply to my next box. Was NOT told that credits only apply to undiscounted boxes, and since I was using a promotional discount, I would have to wait a month before I could use it. Now I'm being charged for the next box instead of being able to use the credit for the food I had to toss.

Please update with proper support for the latest version of Android. The top and bottom of the app extend into the native UI controls, preventing the ability to tap buttons. Particularly the login button!

Editing my review. Still 1 star, but I wish I could give it zero stars now. My wife is vegetarian, and this app had an easy setting to view those meals. The app sucked before, but made finding them easy. New app update, and they got rid of the vegetarian meal search ability! What in the actual f? I'm canceling this service. It just keeps getting worse.

Sometimes their produce is bad and sometimes they forget to put something in the box and u only need a teaspoon of something, to not waste the entire meal u have to go to the store and buy an entire bottle of it. Ugh! other than that I love every plate.

They had a deal to get a box for about half of, so I decided I'd start using their service again after having multiple issues before ( warm meat, rotting vejis, etc). My box arrived today and was missing every single ingredient that was needed for the recipes that came with it. The recipes were not ones I selected. The items that did show up made no sense for both the provided recipes and the ones I wanted. Support was a joke and now I'm screwed. Thanks.

Terrible service. I've officially had it for a month. Had to skip one week for lack of good meals, the other 3 weeks I've had issues every single week. They give you a "credit" that's not even half of what you pay each week. For some reason they found my address perfectly the first time (the time they were missing half my order) but ever since they've never delivered it even relatively close. Tbh I just want all my money back :/

EveryPlate: great! The app? 😖 the updated version is incompatible with my phone. Support for legacy systems is just the right thing to do. My phone is not that old.
