Now the app wont allow rate changes. C'mon Eviivo, fix this damn thing!!! I'm about to take my business elsewhere. We own Downen House B & B and the app is okay, at best. The most annoying part is that we have to re-log in every time we want to use it. It won't save our credentials and frequently won't accept our password. As a small business, we depend on this app to check people in/out, make, modify and cancel reservations and your app could be a lot better.

After the 5/14/25 update, this app doesn't even let you log in.

Not good enough unfortunately. Functionality great but haven't got the basics right - login etc - so not useable.

I canceled their services because I wasn't getting any bookings through a booking engine eviivo oversees and now I can't even get back into the app to double check synced calendars. I uninstalled/reinstalled - nothing. I have 2 other engines I use for bookings with blocked dates that aren't guests from those engines. They are obviously blocked on eviivo and I can't get in to open the dates. Thanks for the lost revenue, eviivo. I don't recommend letting eviivo oversee any booking engines you use.

So far so good. Great to be able to manage bookings on the go without having to login via browser. Would be 5/5 but doesn't autorotate with phone so diary view is very limited. I love that you can call guests direct from the app. Some great features on here 🙂

Been using the app about a year but suddenly over the last few weeks I can not load the app, after sign in it just sits on loading screen on s22+. Had to revert back to v1.3.4 to get it working.

It keeps booting you out and not accepting your password so you have to keep changing it. It's not good enough. Works brilliantly until I come to actually need it then boom, it won't let you in

Since ive had it installed it has been useful UNTIL ANY OTHER APP NEEDED UPDATING...when that happens i cant log in until the apps have updated. This is SINGLE-HANDEDLY the STUPIDEST thing to let slip by, my ability to check bookings should NOT be dependant on what OTHER APPS need updating!!!
