Not sure if it was due to high volume usage but the app was prone to unexpectedly quitting and failing. When it did work it worked well and was very useful for capturing leads.

Seriously? Can't copy/pase the 16-digit event ID? Can't even enter it a bit at a time switching between this app and my email with the ID as it clears the field each time. Can't even get started with this app to know if it is any good.

Sell you the app for the event and then fumble the activation, Badge ID is a road block to activation, customer service is non-existent, can't rate the service because we can't even activate what we paid for, really? RIPOFF SO FAR

Doesn't work for Samsung s22. App opens the barcode scanner and doesn't scan. 1 star because that's the purpose of this app. Fail.

Worked for co workers that had iPhones. Did not work very well on my Samsung Android. It would bring up the camera to scan the QR code, but never read the code.
