I’ve been using Fidibo for years and generally enjoy the app, but there’s a major issue: there is no option to change the registered phone number or email in the profile settings. This is a basic feature that most apps provide, yet Fidibo lacks it. Additionally, customer support is only available online with no phone number to contact, making it difficult to resolve account-related issues. I hope the developers take this feedback seriously and add this feature soon.

I'd like to suggest a couple of enhancements that I believe could be beneficial: - Currently, offline playback is not supported for Fidibo Plus books. Finding a workaround for this limitation would significantly improve user convenience by enabling offline access. - The operating system tends to terminate the app while listening to books, which interrupts the experience, especially with power-saving mode activated. It might be worthwhile to optimize the app to prevent the OS stoping it.

Although the application covers a wide range of books in various fields, it has several fundamental flaws. After the update that Fidibo implemented, text marking within books frequently encounters errors. The intended sentences are not fully highlighted. Additionally, some books that you previously opened and annotated with notes experience errors upon subsequent access, ultimately failing to fully load, preventing you from accessing your annotations. These issues effectively render optimal use.

This app doesn't show the books that I've downloaded before. Moreover, it hasn't any support or number to contact. 👎👎👎 Surprisingly, when I want to contact with its support, it says: Internal server error. It doesn't worth to use at all. I prefer and relish reading real paper books instead.

very bad experience when reading pdf files can't lock screen size , scroll between pages smooth and ... please take some intuitive idea from other apps like READERA OR LIBERA and apply it to your application unfortunately only work on advertising in any update

Great app, it contains amazing books and audiobooks. I have one complaint and one request. When listening to audiobooks if any issue occurs (like network problems) it just skip the file and goes to the next chapter. I don't think this is any good to just skip a chapter, I think it would be best if you could just notify user to fix the problem would be the just fine. And finally, I would love this app if only I could control audiobooks in Android Auto.

not very user friendly, I have seen difference in hard volume with fidibo version also. the most stupid thing is that the app does not launch without internet. you can not access to the books you have already downloaded.

It's great to have an app like this for accessing Farsi books, which is truly valuable. However, the app has too many bugs and a lot of room for improvement. Perhaps hiring more skilled app developers could help enhance its functionality and user experience.
