Very Worst experience. I had subscribed(₹1000) Playbees in my iOS a few months back. One sudden day it asked for an update and now I couldn't even open the app. After reinstall once I logging it shows as if it wasn't subscribed. Customer care contact is not available. Only option to contact was to mail and I am waiting so long for the reply. Even after 2 weeks after my mail there is no response. Hope atleast on seeing this review I may get any response.

The app worked fine during trial period then I paid for a yearly subscription and now the app doesn't work. I get an error message saying "oops, something went wrong". In today's competitive world how hard it is to display "what went wrong". Also, surprisingly everything stops working immediately after the amount is debited from account. I saw similar feedback from another user as well, it's a shame that it's not been addressed yet. Very disappointed.

I have paid twice and still can see that the membership is not updated. It is asking to pay again and again. How many times do we have to pay. Thank god I opted for basic and one month plan. Else how many hundreds do we have to waste on this scam. Edit: This amount was refunded and post that again I tried once. Pure scam. This time also money was debited but membership subscription was not successful. Playbees either fix your app for subscription or at least provided few days of free membership

Good content but not at all user friendly. Very poorly functioning app. Asking for an update for log in which you are not able to access even after uninstalli g and reinstallation. Also, it mentions that one can use with multiple devices but it never works. No way to contact customer care. Nobody replies to mails.

It's been a week since I subscribed for 12 months FirstCry club membership. This comes with a full access to playbees app but unfortunately I don't have access to the playbees app as it says 'I am not an active club member'. I need to contact customer care then write an email to the playbees team. Really frustrating...! There seems to be a serious bug which Firstcry should fix.

My daughter is six years old .. and curriculum is more complicated than the games that this app keeps showing her.. please increase level of the games shown to kids according to their age. I will definitely increase the rating if you sort out that issue. Even after a paid subscription if we cannot get an appropriate level of games then its no use buying it

I had downloaded this game and want to subscribe for a month for full version. So i made payment of Rs. 179 and Rs. 49 in two times. But full vesion was not activated, my money also deducted from my account and there is no way to verify the payment as there is no chat bot for this. So my experience is worst. App needs to develope more for user friendly.

Thought the application look interesting, it has many technical issues which needs to be looked at urgently. It gets logged out everytime and it is difficult to login everytime. It's slow too. You have to have patience to access it.
