I'm having trouble with the transactions. My last transaction showed and error, but went through. I have not received a receipt by email and the transaction is also not visible in the app. Sent a mail, but no response yet. I need my receipts. Without any way to get receipts, the app for me is pointless and a waste of space on my phone.

I'm very upset. Got this app to find the next Esso station along the route. It shows a lot in the area but not really along the route. And then I chose one, get there and it's NOT an Esso Station anymore. So I spent time and gas and distance for getting to a wrong company anyway! I have to go to Esso for the card I have to use. ESSO, NOT TOTAL OR ANY OTHER Company. From 3 stations 1 or 2 have changed. It's a waste of time and energy that costs a lot of MY money to replace the wasted gas-trip.

App is not available due to some app maintenance for such a long time already. I used to fill up very often easy and fast through this app...but not anymore. Switched to Aral , way better and more professional 👏.

There is no way for secure transaction with credit cards I tried to pay by my MasterCard that is declared in my PayPal account but the transaction was not possible as the app does not offer any way to give the 3d secure id that is needed

The app isn't so much Esso Pay, but PayPal pay at Esso. Since PayPal got hacked ages ago and spilled all of my details and basically said "tough luck", I won't be using them.

wrong prices and can't add card manually for payment as described, screenshots from the app are black and fuel defaults to Diesel, really a bad experience.
