I have numerous issues with this app. When it works, it is excellent; however, there are times when it fails to load properly, and my Premium Membership freezes, causing it to stop working altogether. I suggest that emails be sent to all Premium Members whenever issues arise. I paid for a lifetime membership because I expected it to be very reliable, but that has not been the case. I have found that using the HiCamp or WikiCamp apps is much more reliable.

I had to give this 1 star to put this review in. I couldn't get into the app at all. It insisted that I have a wrong email address or password. I tried to access the app at least 7 or 8 times, but it refused to accept my email address as valid. Tried to reset the password 3 times but it made no difference. I uninstalled the app & re installed it twice. Got the app to accept my details but it would not send me the verification email, so I still couldn't access the app. Total waste of time.

I've tried to like this after having it recommended to me by a friend. However, it's impossible to search for places in the app without premium membership. There's no trip planning. There doesn't seem to be any reviews from people either. I might try the desktop website (where search doesn't work on mobile at all) on my desktop computer while planning, but the mobile app, without premium, is useless for that. I've uninstalled.

Fantastic App a must have for travellers, campers and nomads. So handy in so many ways and definitely worth getting. The maps are constantly being updated & has a large number of filters to ensure you find exactly what you are looking for. It offer free membership which works well but the premium membership has so many benefits. But the best thing about this App, is the customer service. I sent a support ticket and not only did l get a same day response. But they followed it up with a phone call.

Good idea but ... Don't know if it's the free membership or a general problem but when I put in a town in the search box, 8 out of 10 times it says it can't find it even when I can clearly see the name in the map. Also the map is incomplete, it shows just a big white background without even trying to load the map. Half of the time it shows no information about a flag I click on. With this many problems I don't even consider to pay for a membership. Lots of work needed.

The data basis is very outdated and sketchy. There are no reviews and if you write one it doesn't appear nor can you change or add any sites or details. Emails don't get answered. It looks abandoned and the GUI is absolutely cumbersome. Everytime you go to the app you need to press 3 tines to see the map and set your filters again.

Thought I would give the app a shot after reading an article on the site about rest areas in Australia. Map tells me my location is in Antarctica, even though I have location turned on while using the app, then I toggle the map to set it on Australia (isn't this a free camping app for aus after all?) It's completely missing all the key pins listed in the legend...it seems this mob have gone off the radar and aren't interested in getting new users in. Uninstalled

BUG: doesn't always show current location on the map. Looks like the paid version still has adverts. Couldn't find any reviews by customers. Couldn't find the installed app for a while as its called "FRC". Premium content not integrated well with free. Premium Member only content can't be viewed to determine if worth paying for membership.
