Update: 10/31/24 The app just quit! I tried to log in several times. Except that the next place the app took me to was back where I first started, my android mobile phone's Home Screen! To be fair, there was a message that stated the app has a bug. Once the bug is fixed, it should be updated. I tried many times but received the same message and back to square one. I hope it's fixed soon. I rely on MyChart for my medical communication needs.

Terrible app. Official app basically required by the org to be used, but absolutely terrible implementation (and this coming from an IT professional). Screen layout is just weird; it looks like a small child's toy. Interface is counter intuitive and inconsistent: 'buttons' aren't always buttons, the back arrows don't always take you back a view (instead dumping you completely out of the app sometimes), etc etc. And that's assuming this even works on your phone - took me 3 phones to work.

Went from Awesome to Ugly really fast... Had the first version of this app. I could log-in with my fingerprint as I do with my phone. Now I am lucky I can log-in at all! The original app had an easy-to-use layout that only needed to have a couple of pages and options added to make it even more fantastic! The first "page" on the new app is a simple list that if you weren't sure what to do, and the app isn't working like it should, will leave you stranded.

Easy to use & very practical for having a collection of all your medical records in one place. Only issue is that I'm getting a message saying that there's a problem with getting my medical records from all of the providers that I've been to, even after I login to each one. It says that it worked & once I'm on the Main page I keep getting an error message. Tired of trying to get this right!

The new app doesn't work whatsoever. It never logs me in and remains stuck on the log in page. The only way in temporarily is by resetting your password through email every single time. The old app still works but keeps pushing me to use the new one. The new app doesn't function, so where does that leave patients? With two poorly functioning apps. So much for convenience.

Fed up with trying to get this app to work!! Used to be able to pop right into Mychart after entering my password! But, now the intro screen is a jumbled mess! There are 3 separate login pages, one on top of the other, none of which works!! Doesn't matter where you press your finger, NOTHING HAPPENS! Thought it was a simple glitch initially, but now it's been weeks with the same frozen screen and NO access! Get on the ball Froedtert IT! I need a "working" Mychart phone app!!

Recent update causes app to immediately force close every single time. I do not want a reply to this message and I will not call tech support. Yes, I have tried reinstalling and rebooting my phone. I will keep watching for an update to fix the bad update and will change this review once this is fixed. I appreciate the app, but I don't have time for tech support.

I'm just very impressed & overwhelmed in a great way by how Froedert uses this app to keep patients on top of their health! After recently moving back to WI from out of state, went to an ER I picked from Google maps while extremely sick. That was Froedert ER in New Berlin with the best ER doctor, Dr Robinson, and best ER staff. Ended up 2 months later feeling better, with a primary doctor & much more grip on the entire health category of my life! Great app, transparency everywhere! So grateful..
