This method forces you to take your phone with you to an event even if you don't want to. I also needed to print my ticket as proof for something and can't. Absolutely ridiculous and useless app!

A convoluted and unnecessary process to get to my tickets. I was forced to download Quentro in order to see the tickets I bought on another website, and I fail to see the value this app provides.

The venue made me install this in order to be able to see my tickets, there's no easy way to see it using a browser, instead you have to get the useless app.

Very bad experience, I had no service so could not enter the concert
