Unable to find the location on my device to which my download lessons are saved (after I click the lesson Download "button"). I've sent an email to support... no response. I called the 877 number 3x and was disconnected each time. Time slot availability for lessons and practice sessions is not accurate and therefore I don't use it. I have to email or call the Golftec centre instead to book.

Instruction is great. App is terrible. I have had the app for more than a year and it still asks, "New to GolfTec? " and for region. Username and password don't auto complete or allow Google to look it up. Once in, the app is easy enough to navigate, but why do you keep making it so difficult to get in? Also, you can use biometrics, but that won't work, as it says "connect to the Internet," Strangely I am on WiFi and mobile and can write this review, so.....

Please test your application using modern password managers such as LastPass and BitWarden. It is always disappointing when applications are developed in such a way that the operating system can't detect if a field is a password or not. Other than that, the application is painfully slow and sometimes logging in doesn't work. It is easier to use the mobile website - which isn't perfect and has its own problems.

Golftec instruction is AMAZING. The app needs work. There are a bunch of little bugs that are annoying. However, having your lessons in the app forever is awesome. You can refer back to all of your previous lessons if you start to regress, which I think is great. Golftec please put more worm in on your app and you will have a perfect golf instructional system.

Generally, the app works fine for watching the lessons. I dinged it 2 stars for not having the ability to make notes, ANYWHERE!. Ideally, I could make notes on each lesson and practice session. At the very least, give us a place on the startup screen to make note and save them. Just a simple free form to note our thoughts from lessons or practices. I'd like to have it for each sesson, so I could see my history of what worked, and what didn't.

Scheduling is painful. It doesn't retain where you are in the calendar post creation. It resets to the current month which makes booking advanced times laborious. I go to my computer now. The view All Lessons no longer works. When it did it would only do it by month. All means all. Give us the entire list. It's hard to quickly identify lesson vs practice because of the names. Same with calendar invites. Do user testing. Pain points are easy to see. Make lesson vs practice diff on calendar

Painful. The older version so much easier. There are open spots in the morning but the app does not show them. Have to contact staff to book. I so not have time for that. What is the point of the app. Biometrics don't work. Does not stay logged in. Things are set up by month. So if it is May 31 your schedule says nothing scheduled even though there is something June 1. The old app was so much better.

Previous version worked on both my iPad (7th gen) AND my Android phone. Now the app won't load properly on my tablet. On my phone, I can't clear any of the notifications or even mark them as being read. On my tablet I could control how I played back the videos of my swing; pausing where I wanted and drag through frame by frame slowly with my finger. With this latest version though I can't do that on my phone. I can only hit "play" and pause.
