On the old app you could switch from map to satellite view. This made it easier to ID the exact location using land marks if needed. This feature needs to be added to this app.

Couldn't make an account. Tried signing up for the app but it wouldn't let me. I kept receiving a message saying that my email was already on use. This was my first time downloading the app. Don't know if that is a bug or something

Tried installing and uninstalling this app several times. Will load alright but when opened it is a blank screen. Go request was a much better app. Hope the city gets this fixed soon.

This app used to be called Gorequest and worked perfectly and was very convenient. Now it has been upgraded and is non-functional. Very disappointed.

Reported a public sidewalk issue with it lifting up and being a serious trip hazard for the neighborhood kids 11/2023. Still no response or update on the ticket as of 04/2023. Seems it does no good using it because noone looks at it

This only submits complaints on my iPhone. Does not work on any of my Android devices. S24 Ultra, Pixel Fold, Pixel 8 Pro, OnePlus Open, Motorola Razer+.
