A lot of bugs and very bad user experience. Issues: 1. App auto force close when in midist using. 2. Always hit network error when navigate to notification screen. 3. Notification recorda not always sorting follow by date and time. 4. Input field stuck in half not allow continue enter new password when do reset password. This app full of bugs and no one is fixing those bug, what is the point to have this app?

A horrible app, using which is a headache. It forgets the password every now and then and I have to spend 30 to 60 mins looking for it n resetting password. Now, the app has forgotten password, and i have reset it, but every time I try to log in, it asks me to update the app, n the only option is to update. When i press update, it leads to play store, but no update is there. This is really a headache

One of the worst apps n experience ever. Can never get to do what the app is suppose to do. 1. Always "Network error" message appear 2. Cant see bill payment screen seamlessly 3. Cant click to select bank for FPX payment 4. Credit card payment option also cant access 17/8 Thank god after updates and new interface the app is working much better and less frustrations

1. Unable to make advance payments. Previously i am able to pay lump sum once a year directly at management office. Now with g prop i dont have this option. I dont live in malaysia and travel a lot, it is incovenient to keep paying monthly. This app doesnt make payment easier. 2. Update Sept 2021: cant log in, app keeps asking me to update. When i click update, it goes back to log in page. Then it asks me to update again. Going around in circles. Seriously flawed app.

Was surprised with numerous users facing issues such as no connection, network error messages. I had this app installed on my phone for 1 year+, never had this issue. I'm fine with this app as it recently allows making payment of monthly management fee through the app. As for the back button, not sure whether it's intentional or the team is working on it to make it work. Some banking apps also not response to the back button.

If there is no star, I would have given 0 star. Very bad app! When there is pop up notification on new notice and I click in, error page will appear all the time. After refreshing page the new notification will not appear until maybe 10 minus later. Fix this app since I believe the system jmb paid is not gonna be cheap!

DAMN terrible apps, been trying to log in for the whole afternoon and failed. Even trying to log in with password changed, or new user, failed neither. This is the most terrible apps that I hv ever use in my life. This is not developed and mature apps to market at all. Is a totally a failure apps. How to continue the payment if this is the case?

admin, pls fix the back button to 'back' instead of quit/exit, notification is pop out, and I would suggest to have 2 shades of color in the notification area, or number system to differentiate each notification; cus it is not user friendly to go through all the msgs.
