I like America's tire. And Tire rack, which they meged with. The America's tire app though is useless. It takes you to the web for anything useful. I can do that in chrome without the extra junk on my phone. And there site is just fine on mobile. So the company is good, but the app is pointless.

App is horrible. Always thinks I'm in Glendale CA when I'm 75 miles away even while sitting in a parking lot of a different store location. Help assistant always shows up on my phone when I'm trying to use the app and the help screen won't clear or close so I can't switch screens

Would like to preface with: I love this company and am going to keep going here. That being said, this app is atrocious. The location doesn't work, it won't keep you logged in, it forgets everything (ie shopping cart) and each time I've used it successfully, it just opens their website in my browser? Like, why does this app exist?

Whenever I go to rotate the tires of my car, they always leave the rings very dirty with a lot of grease and yesterday 11-25-2022 I called them by phone to see if it is time for the rotation of the tires and they told me, cannot see that on the computer and that I have to go personally to the shop to see that. (I know that is not true, because everything is in the system and the workers can see the information of my car)

Never got confirmation email. Of course I checked spam. Fix the bugs! App is useless to me and I was pitched it during the last thing I had done and it's not working at all.

Meh.. it's basically the website. Anything you click just takes you to the website inside the app. It's best just to use your browser to shop and track your appointment progress. This app just takes up space.

Love this plaace,been doing business with this store since it open in 08. I've bought all my tires from this place. Very good service.

This app needs alot of work. It does not save your shopping cart. Not user friendly and if you buy through this app there is no email confirmation or receipt.
