Not very good app. Better off using the website. It doesn't sync with any of your info from the website like appointments or stored vehicles. Maybe good just to make an appointment, but there's no option to add or select stored vehicles. Very limited.

I had a very good experience at Discount Tire in Tolleson Az. Very nice ,friendly and courteous staff. Roman answered my call 1 minute before closing answered my questions went over and beyond find specific tire that everywhere around valley was out of stock. Roman checked inventory went make sure it was there made an appointment next day 8 am. Chaz next day checked us in and was able to price match and got us a lower price. He too was very nice. They were very knowledgeable of there job.

The app doesn't work right half the time. Scheduling locks up with a spin. Can't make changes. It's not a good app. Great company, though. Love their service.

Worthless app. Whoever designed it should be fired. Impossible to navigate. Better off shopping from website in a browser this app. If I could rate less than one I would.

App is *very* slow to respond to input, and refuses to save my chosen stores, my zip code, etc.

The app stops responding at a certain spot. If you go to shop, select your vehicle, select shop recommended tires, and it freezes on the screen to select location. Also, why does the back button send you all the way back to the beginning of the home screen? This is just frustrating and makes you not want to use the app. It's bad enough that tire prices are outrageous right now, but to also have to fight the app just makes you give up.

The app is difficult to navigate through. It's absolutely stuck on showing you what oem parts fits your vehicle. I don't want oem wheels. I don't want oem tires. And don't click the back button from where you're at. It takes you all the way back. The letters and numbers are all jumbled up. Too many things to click on once you select a wheel. Options for this options for that. I have ptsd and it's hard to make decisions. Deleting for sure.

The app is pretty limited. I downloaded it hoping that I could schedule a repair appointment but it doesn't have that feature. The store locator is a good feature but I can just use the Google assistant to do the same thing. Along with scheduling appointments it would be great if the app could send a notification when you car is ready. This would also make the job of the store staff a lot easier.
