Simply the best family environment at Myrtle Beach! The staff is incredibly friendly and attends to your needs quickly. Also they have very clean and up to date accessories in the rooms. I have a hard time finding comfortable bedding because of back issues. There beds are very comfortable and a good night sleep gets you ready for the day ahead.

Tried to look up my reservation, but it keeps telling me that the information is incorrect. The information is not wrong. This app is useless. Uninstalling!!!

Filled with bugs from the start. Gave me a different reservation total every time I logged in. Now has been only a blank black screen for two days.

Received email to download app for express check-in. App found reservation, but no button to check-in, there were only cancel and modify options. Called resort and was informed they are still working out kinks. Seems like they should not send emails telling people to use.
