Very bad service of net. Spicejet pack is really very poor. The cost is also high. In this digital world of daily 1.5 GB in our mobile, we are taking this cable net for our working purpose, so you must fulfill the requirements of the customers with your good service. So frequently network gets disconnected(i.e. not available). I came to know from my cable provider that the inverter which is used has not that much capacity to hold this or something like that. Please look over this.

Utterly disappointing, no point in downloading this app, the OTP never reaches you. Really disappointing experience from PMPL. There is now way to recharge your broadband. All the other providers have numerous outstanding features whereas PMPL fails to enable its users with the mere option to recharge. God bless their team.

The experience is very bad! The helpline number is useless. People never picks up phone. Nobody will be there to recharge if its not happening from the app. The customer service is absolutely useless. And why cannot I have the pack of Rs. 475 on the app, I see the lowest being Rs.590

Pathetic app in every aspect. I wish I could give negative ratings. The interface takes longer time to load. And the information provided doesn't match with that displayed on website.

I didn't opt for this internet service provider volunteerily, I went through the local cable operator. After using the service for 3 months, I would say the service is below par, customer care is not efficient either. So I have quit the service.

They provide broadband service with bad customer service. They told you for 24/7 customer service is available. But after I face several problems past 2 months. But no one solve my problem yet.

Waste of time. The activation feature is not at all working. People are not getting any value in this app. Please update and fix the bugs or other wise remove app from playstore.
