Confusing in the beginning mixing up move in and out at wrong time. After a few tries yes love the program. Although I take pictures with wide angles first then add them and complete the report. June 1 2025 of using the system for awhile update. trying add inspection can't. still have a number of reports that will not sync and stuck. program does have issues even this far in. some things won't sync even with support help not understanding therefore not allowing to do move out after a move in.

horrible customer service, get bounced around between them and Buildium. Inspections not uploading to Buildium and they have you reach out to the other without solving the actual issue! About to cancel and switch to something completely different. they were awesome for years and have gone down hill fast. as a Property Manager I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Neither the app nor the website is user-friendly at all. There's no video or instructions showing you how to get the very best usage out of this product and there's plenty blank space on each page. Bought it as an add-on to Buildium and I'm very disappointed at this point because their website works so well. The app on Android when first opened it gives me a blank page with no info. I don't think I'll be renewing after the first month.

The Android version lacks critical features which are in the Apple version. Their marketing and help-docs are misleading since these features aren't available on the web and android, only Apple products (yuck). I upgraded my Buildium account to get this service. However, now I need to buy and haul around an iPad just to use those features. If it wasn't integrated into Buildium I would be going with a different vender.

Customer support couldn't have responded any faster and been more helpful in resolving the issues having display issues on there devices. Turned out to be something on my company's side that caused the initial problems. We did our first successful inspections on several jobsites yesterday. App worked flawlessly. Thank you again.

There's no function to copy notes from previous reports on the android version. Notes don't always sync - have to save first, reopen and type back in. It takes forever to export to PDF - It is quicker to print to pdf on the computer (margins are wrong for printing if done this way). Ocassionally crashes and goes to a black screen - you need to close the app completely and reopen.
A Google user
This app still seems to be in beta status. The photo function is half baked, with constant focus hunting, no controls and therefore over or underexposed images of the property. The final comment disappears as soon as your scroll a little up in the app! But the worst issue: it does not keep any data after the upload process on the phone! I had the issue, that, although the app showed me the upload success message, the data never got through to my employer, so I had to redo the whole inspection!

The Android version is horrible. I can't do half of the stuff that people on the Apple app can reports won't sync you can't do inline reports and photos like move in and move out etc. unfortunately.
