After the most recent update (Aug. 26th) I no longer get notifications despite having Notifications set up correctly. No sound, no alert on the Notifications bar. Not happy. As of 11/16/2024 notifications have begun working again. Probably fixed with the recent app update early this week.

Purchased two security cameras that comes with a base station. I couldn't even add the base station in the app. Each time I tried to add it, it just says "adding time out." Reset and tried many times, but nothing fixes it and none of my other devices are having problems with my network so the problem is their shoddy products and app. Returning it for a refund.

This camera and Android app was easy to install. The Picture is great, and fast video response. The motion setting is found in the camera menu, below the Siren, & Event History buttons. Just touch and slide the window up and there is the Motion, Light, and Cloud settings. I don't understand the bad reviews. A really happy customer. I bought two.

Not user friendly at all!!! This afternoon my floodlight security camera app had a button to manually turn on the floodlight. Hubby was really enthusiastic about that button & tested it out a few times. This evening we go back into the floodlight camera and the button is gone again. No point in reaching out, because CS is non existent. They don't even respond to negative posts on the play store.

The camera video quality is great. The software is not real intuitive but I didn't have a lot of issues figuring out how to make the camera do what I needed it to do. The primary issues with the camera is that it's too sensitive to shadows & bugs triggering the motion sensor. The app doesn't work well with some newer versions of Android phones. There's an issue with encryption & Tech support can't solve the issue. They just send manuals that explain how to set the camera up.

After this update I am not receiving notifications. I verifiied camera is functioning all controls working, everthing is turned on for notifications but no notices.

Nothing works except live view for the camera. Light has to be turned on and off manually through the app. Will not turn on via motion sensor and does not send alerts for motion. What a waste of money.
