Great service, but data sucks! I don't get any. It says I qualify for 5g/month...but sent me a device that is incompatible for an esim!! And my PayPal account is even incompatible!! I have a phone so I can look things up, sell things, etc..and now I cannot! I can't afford to be going without a phone when traveling....it drives me nuts and my anxiety shoots through the roof not to mention my stress level. When they can start giving us free data to use, then I will put 5 stars

No stars!! Every since I goty "free phone" for $35 - $45, it's horrible. Im constantly getting dropped calls, Internet is beyond ridiculously slow. That said, I have to try and refresh past every page several times. There is literally no way of speaking to anyone, they hang up on you after so long on hold.itsthe worstco.pany ever! QLink wireless is so much better. I'm going back to Qlink..

This is the worse phone company and service I've EVER experienced. I've tried to contact Airtalk numerous times via phone or chat. Both instances kept me waiting for hours. The phone system forces you to hang up after an hour of waiting which means you have to wait another hour on hold. I ordered a replacement phone, and twice they've sent me junk phones that don't work. The first one you couldn't hear or talk on the phone, and this new one that I waited 3 weeks for, won't turn on at all. Scam.

My experience with this company has been awful. Absolutely awful. The phone they sent me wasn't the one I had paid for. And it had a cracked screen when I opened the box. Calls are constantly being dropped . Every Damm time I talk I can hear myself but can hardly hear the other person. Never have any data. I bought extra once but it wasn't addes to my phone. So if I want internet I have to find free wifi. And I can never ever reach a competent customer service person I can understand.

It is absolutely impossible to reach any kind of customer service with this company! I was on hold with customer service on the phone for two hours and got nobody! Was told that a live agent in chat would be 6718 minutes because there was 67 people ahead of my! Ugh! I'm going to cancel my order and go elsewhere if this is what it's going to be like... All because the phone on the order I submitted, was cancelled so they could send me their generic phone. What a bait and switch operation!!!!!

I do NOT recommend. The phone I ordered gets so hot within 30 seconds of use. When you run out of data they don't slow your data, they stop your data completely. They want you to pay $4.99 for a 1GB, $9.99 for 2GB etc. Since the last 2 Airtalk wireless forced app updates the app won't let me login. It says Customer not found even though I am using my correct enrollment id & correct password. I have called Airtalk Customer service 3 times. Each call after 25 minutes the call hangs up on me.

I Don't recommend this company. The "free phone" I was sent came broken, they would not exchange it or replace it. However I was given the option to pay a extremely outrageous price for a new phone (refurbISHed). The hours to talk to a human are not ideal, I've sat on hold for hours only to be disconnected. I've emailed numerous times and havent received a response. The app consistantly has to be updated, and of course that eats data. They don't have Hotspot options, or Bluetooth tethering.

absolutely 0 zero customer service. I've been trying to get a hold anyone that works there for 2 weeks now. before I wasn't able to make or receive calls. not nothing works at all!!!!! this is sooo frustrating!!! sat on hold yesterday for just under 2 hours to get hung up on.... worst wireless company I've ever dealt with. if I could rate a 0 than I would
