It does the job it's made to do. If you casual worker. If you're management it does the same job but makes it easier to organize all other staff by seeing whole roster & the break down of the day. The only thing letting it down is when someone's roster has been changed either losing the shift to change of the time you start. Why can't you set notification to be sent to the person who's roster has been changed. To many times the boss does something, changes it & the staff member hasn't see it.

Doesn't allow the option to change Job location and Job role at crucial times, making the app very useless imo. Pointless app, I'd be better off doing without but unfortunately my recruitment agency are highly dependent on it

I wish I could could give this app a score, but t that's not possible. I want to remake my password, and it's not sending me any codes, and I've been trying for over a week. Lazy connect team who also don't help, and I'm sorry to anyone of you needing to use this app for important stuff like I need to.

unfortunately I had to use this app because of some stupid people, the real torture of this app is takes insane amount of time to load/ refresh or to open up even with the speed 100mbs wifi, uninstall and install, same issue, cleared cache, 2nd the interface makes me real vomit of this app in 2024, 3rd I only wish more insane people who are making everyone to use this app, no idea how the things have changed in this modern era, wish you guy's grow up and find better user interface which is

This app is not reliable, I can't clock in and clock out cause of the location problems, but I'm on site or my workplace and still keep popping that I'm far away from expected location. That's why I rated 1 🌟. Thank you. I hope you guys improve your Humanforce app.

A very basic, almost prototype app that has potential to be a useful tool but seems to not want to capitalise on its success of attracting the big businesses and the 1000s of employees that come with it. Little if anything has changed in over a year of use, and of late I cannot access payslips, which is a primary reason of me using it. Needs more features to be relevant. Add more options, like sharing colleague info, alerts, reminders etc. It's really lacking creativity.

Terrible, can upload it onto my phone but it won't work. The following notices come up every time it is uninstalled and reinstalled: ! Sorry, an error occurred while Processing your request. AND then Unable to connect to server Please reload the application. This has been done many, many times. How many times does it have to be done before it works.

Its been few weeks I am not receiving any notifications when roster is updated. I can only see the change when I am opening the app.
