Their wifi service is bad No one should take their connection If anyone takes their connection then you will get trapped after taking it! The router they have does not work outside the house Now it will work wherever you install the router and very bad It is good to get their connection, you can connect it to your 5G phone and run everything!

I have been facing a Wi-Fi network issue for the past three days, and the service provided by this Wiom has been extremely disappointing. Every time I contact customer support, they assure me the issue will be resolved by the end of the day, but nothing ever happens. The lack of action and accountability is frustrating, and I'm left with an unreliable network. Poor service and no resolution in sight. Very dissatisfied with Wiom and its support team.

I like the service and Speed of this WiFi but they give themself 5 star rating with your phone without your permission which I experienced very bad so i am giving 3 star rating. Edit: Their staff members are very rude and the range of their WIFi routers are very poor which means you cannot use wifi in next room gracefully which I don't like

Scam/Fraud Alert! It's just a scammer application. I've booked for the wifi twice. On both the occasions I recieved call from someone on behalf of wiom, saying that my booking has been cancelled with the provided number and I have to give someother mobile number to proceed with the booking. And, interestingly, they didn't install any WiFi on both the occassions. Never pay any money however small it may be, ₹11 or ₹25.And I recently started using Wiom and have been disappointed with its performan

Worst Wi-Fi network in the world , I had made a booking on the 13th. My WiFi has not been installed yet and it is urgent. You people are not understanding, you are just changing dates after dates, sometimes from 15 to 17, sometimes from 17 to 19 and now from 19 to 21. Will you run your management like this, then your app will not be able to run. I thought that if my connection gets installed and works well, then I will ask my friends to install it too. They were also asking me to install it,

Initially (before installation) wiom served very fast, which is appreciable,on and off internet working from 6 months and recently I recharched my wiom subscription but didn't got the internet services for a single minute, I called customer care where they are making promises to restart the internet in 24hrs(since from 7 days),but I need to call customer care daily, my internet is not working and I don't think that wiom team is working on it. Very bad, poor services guys, taking my stars back.

I’m incredibly frustrated with Wiom. Despite recharging twice, I still have no internet access, and after 48 hours of reaching out to customer service, I’ve gotten nothing but excuses. It’s making me question if this service is even legitimate. There’s zero accountability, and the lack of transparency is unacceptable. If you’re considering Wiom, I’d strongly recommend looking for a more reliable provider.
