I used Instawork to hire a bartender for my Halloween party, not only did one show up but so did a "backup". Both were very professional! Katie the bartender (who even dressed in costume)was amazing and left with a ton of tips from my guests! Will be using them again for all my parties. So easy and convenient to use...highly recommend!

Excellent system for reqesting temp workers. Good support from this company as well.

1 star because shifts were filled. 0 stars for all the flaws. The $ amount workers recieve is significantly less because of a 20% fee. You can't set an amount to pay, you have to select a range, and that range fluctuates with "demand", so you end up paying a lot more. Workers exploit schedules by claiming they didn't get a shift sent to them; when you send a new one after the 24 hour window, it drastically increases how much you pay them. The scheduling system needs updating, it's horrific.

Simply awful app. I requested a specific worker to come in. I wanted to hire him. Instead they sent me a disaster. Drunk, rude, sloppy, belligerent. I demanded who I wanted, but the app wanted me to pay half a days wages to a guy I never wanted. I wanted who I requested. The person I wanted on my team was frustrated that though requested, the very moment the request was sent, it was assigned to someone else. Don't waste your time with this idiotic company. Brick walls listen better

It shows all locations of my company, with no option to filter through them. It's impossible to find my location's shifts and pros mixed in with a dozen other locations.

The app was not all that good. The recent update removed my ability to clock in/out professionals. I also no longer can adjust the geolocation map.

This app is a must have if looking for gig work or something long term as well. Tons of jobs and a good interface make it easy and fun to use.
