Weird but Okay
Benefit of the doubt gets 2 stars Had to download this for work offer have already run into a few unintuitive issues & I haven't even started the job. Unfortunately, the settings only give you a language option. Not even a dark mode to save energy/eyestrain? More Unfortunately can't seem to turn off notifications. No option in the settings. No IT help in app. reach out to my maybe-boss-to-be and they admitted to uninstalling it on their days off. So.. how do you turn off notifiications?

I have to use this app for work. The most irritating issue by far is the fact that it cannot be backgrounded, and if you need to switch apps or sleep your phone, or do anything except send a picture in the chat, you need to close the app completely. If you background it, it bugs out hard, but there's no telling which feature will crash. The chat may not load. Your pictures may not load. It'll get stuck on reconnecting. The only way this app is functional is to close it completely between tasks.

This app technically does all the things you need it to! You can see your own profile information by going to the 'cleaners' tab, finding your own name, tapping on it, and then tapping on it again in the next screen! You can see who's assigned to your shift by looking through every employee's schedule individually! You can even see how many people are assigned to each shift (but not who they are) by searching in the 'location' tab, then patiently scrolling as each shift loads for 10 seconds

This app is trash. Can't punch in or out regardless of location, no longer getting notifications or messages; therefore, it cost me the opportunity to pick up shifts and make extra money. And before swept gives me the "up to date" or phone settings excuse, the app has been installed several times , phone settings have been checked. It's the app.

Needs more. This app would be great if you could see the hours you worked for the week. It's stupid that you cant. It's not very user friendly. if your shift starts at any 11:45 but you cant check in till midnight you cant just go to your schedule, you have go find the location and check in. If you forget to check in there is now way to edit it. This is ridiculous!! I like that you can add supplies, and notes for locations, otherwise it's kind of worthless.

Read the small print! You have to give them 30 days notice to cancel. Why? I don't know. I gave them plenty of notice (10 days) and they still charged me $80 even though we no longer use the app. I switched to TSheets because of their ability to integrate with QuickBooks. Swept does not. It is user friendly, and they're customer service is great, but, I left feeling ripped off and punished for switching to an app that better served my company. Because of their greed, I can only give them 2 stars.

Disappointed. I don't get notifications of employees not clocking in or messages unless I keep the app open at all times. It would also be helpful if they put in a alert or vibration setting to notify employees when they are clocked in that location, so when they go out of the geofence they get reminded they didn't clock out. Also would be helpful to have "task" assignments for each cleaner per the cleaning instructions with a check box for them to mark when completed. App needs work to help us.

Can't close the app by pressing back like every other program. Got to press menu close all for the app to close.
