Very good app to manage all your tenant's. I have a suggestion if you can add rent payment reminder like whenever the date is coming for the rent payment, this feature will help to manage. Otherwise all features are mind blowing and easy to manage.

Very good app, This app has almost everything. As a premium user it would be great if there would be an automated reminder to tenants and in summary tab definitely we need a flexibility to select date range. More summarization can be added to enhance it. I'll add 1 more star that is missing if this is resolved. Thank you so much and really appreciate you work on this.

This is a very good app to manage properties and rent. There are lot of different options to choose in various items. Overall a full featured app where you hardly miss any option or detail. Thanks to the developers.

The data of the app randomly disappears. Do not rely on this app. Would suggest using google sheets instead.

Great App to have few suggested improvements 1. Inclusion of part payment or multiple payments within a month. 2. Auto calculation of metered utility bills. 3. One you can explore on providing flexibility to add amenities in selected room. 4. You can also explore on creating a dashboard for the amounts collected v/s total amount, and also provide a sheet download on the cash flow. But whatever is avaliable it's complete in itself, A great app to manage your rentals cash flow. Kudos !

The app is very user friendly and good. Thanks for developing such an app. One feature is required as Electricity rates varies each month hence in under metered method rate per unit should not be fixed. It should be kept variable for each month bill. Then this app will be the best in playstore. Thanks to the developer team in advance. Update awaited with the required features.
