App is good overall but i would like to suggest improvements 1. There is no option to sort files by date, last modified, numbers, etc 2. Does not provide resumeable doenload links 3.Problem download multiple files. 4. Drive can't be mounted on a linux system and no other ways to acces but jazz application. 5. Can't be used on services like rclone, multcloud any other fike explorer can't access it with api. 6. I can't see a way to pause, or resume my downloads. Manybother minor improvements

Too many issues. - Immature launch 1. Pics and videos are not shown in album as i have made albums on my device. Same is for music files. 2. My storage on device is used for 40 GB. Jazz drive has picked up only 10.3 GB. NOT ALL. 3. I cant see my contacts on jazz drive whereas in contacts jazz drive says my 135 contacts sync. I have over 800 contacts. TOO BAD AN EXPERIENCE.

WORST POSSIBLE STORAGE APP EVER! I lost my Data TWICE becoz of it. It Claims to provide unlimited storage and to keep data safe. BUT Actually it deletes data stored in it own its own over the passage of time, specially if you uninstall the app. I stored my important data in jazzdrive last year (2023) and when i temporarly uninstalled jazzdrive app and reinstalled it after a few months i was suprised because none of my important stuff was there in my jazzdrive acc, same story repeated today(2024)

I have changed my ratings from 5 to 2 stars!!! The very First reason why simply that I cannot access to any of the videos or other images I have had stored on this Jazz drive. Second most major issue is that if I am paying everyday to keep my data secure plus accessable on this Cloud Based Storage/Jazz Drive, then how comes ap using my internal storage in so for you've occupied 1.7 GB? Once again it's so annoying and frustrating that I cannot have access to any of my data whenever needed.

App is a bit buggy and slow Kindly upgrade the app to a more smoother and develop optimized user interface. Also I am stuck in the app after clicking continue rather than moving to phone number section it kept loading again and again and again .Kindly fix the issue I want to access my data.

Have many issues like not launching properly, crash multiple times while uploading but the main concern is lying with the subscription type. Why we need to pay daily amount in Balance amount. Are we living in 2010 where we don't have online banking. Please update yourself and come up with a monthly, quarterly and yearly subscriptions by using jazzcash, visa or any card.

Don't download it and install it because the app can't run without your storage permission and once you give permission it start uploading all your data on their server even your all gallery pics . Especially my girl sisters don't let them play with your data although it is a branded company but once your data uploaded on their server it can't be removed at any cost.. Even that google drive app run without storage permission then why not this..

The worst data storage program I have ever used. I was taken aback today when it unexpectedly erased all of the crucial information I had saved, along with my account logout. I need my data to be restored as quickly as possible.
