I recently tried the Jazz Parho app, but I encountered some frustrating issues. First, after registering and entering my number, I never received the OTP, which prevented me from moving forward in the app. This issue made the registration process very difficult and unreliable. Secondly, I found that most of the lectures are locked behind a paywall. Initially, I thought the lectures would be free, but it turns out they require a premium plan.

Disgusting app. The past papers are all available online too, don't download this. Jazz randomly subscribed some jazz parho subscription without asking or warning, and without any notifications. I had a 200+ pkr balance in the mobile app, and it fell to 1.76 pkr. Sure you can pay more money, but it just ate my balance without me knowing. What if I had to call somewhere in an emergency, and found I had no balance? Or needed to use the back up balance I keep, in any urgent situation?

I am not happy at all with this app. It is too slow and the courses are not in sequence. These are just random videos from youtube. However, I really appreciate jazz effort to make people more skillfull and aware. This would help in eliminating poverty. Try to improve this. If you could record all tge lectures on your own, that would be great.

I am amazed. This is such beautiful contribution from Jazz towards making people educated. This app has literally whatever I search on YouTube. Especially 1-12 grades videos are awesome. They are helpful for both students and teachers. I remember when I was doing FSc, I used to download videos separately on each topic. How awesome if someone wanna find now they can find lecture on every topic in one place. Thank you and congratulations to all the app developer team for such an amazing effort❣️.

Report: Unable to Open App I regret to inform you that I have encountered an issue while attempting to open the app. Upon launching the app, I am met with an error message indicating that the application cannot be opened. I have attempted to open the app multiple times, and have also tried restarting my device, but the issue persists. I have also checked for any available updates for the app.

The Jazz Parho App has numerous bugs, particularly during its Live Quiz Show feature, including missing answer choices and correct responses, unregistered submitted answers, and long load times. To attract more users, it is important to address these technical malfunctions and improve the overall functionality of the app.

A great app overall. But there are some problems (1) When the quiz section is opened,the mcq's are not showing text completely and the text is gibberish. (2) Some videos for some topics are not available i.e they are not loading. Please check and fix these problems. Another request of mine is that can you add the other subjects like Urdu, English, Pak studies and Islamiat? Would be great help. Thanks for the app.

Great intiative taken by jazz.This app helps us alot. I am giving 4 star for just a single reason it stops working sometimes and loading is also a big problem .but once you start a video then there is no buffering and smoothness is on the way. Love you jazz and its team.
