For the two months I have been using this App my ability to access their site has been sporadic at best. 90% of the time it will not open, and when it does I get one chance. If I attempt to go back a page it will error out as "Not authorized to view this page. If I attempt to log back in I receive the same error message and am unable to attempt access until the next day. If I go to another phone or computer the same scenario repeats. Uninstall/reinstall does not fix the issue.

Terrible boarding pass downloads. Forces you to download each person's ticket separately. Whereas the site allows you to download your whole family on one PDF. Bad design - what were they thinking when providing this feature? As per other folks issues with the app, I wouldn't want to rely on it during check-in. Use the site to download your tickets instead and have them on multiple devices if you want.

The app is still not working correctly. It does not load correctly I can load my bookings but cannot download boarding passes. They say four downloaded onto the app but I cannot access it. It is the same for my second booking. It says I have downloaded the boarding passes but they do not show when I press download. My phone refuses to download them. This is only just started happening. When I compare it with my partner app she is getting a completely different interface. I have tried restarting

I used this app regularly once I had booked my package holiday with Jet2. It has a lot of useful features including a section to upload your own documents (for example a photo of your passport photo page, travel insurance certificate etc) which stays on your device so is private. Once I had checked in, all Jet2 documents were available in the app, including boarding passes for everyone, which you can share with others in your party. A very useful app.

Yet again seats changed without any notification! Same thing happened last year! Booked extra legroom seats over a year ago because I'm 6ft4, but checked booking a month before we fly - at some point we been moved to standard seats (aircraft swap) & there are no extra legroom seats left to move to. Last time I mentioned this the reply completely missed the point - it's not that the seats have been changed (although that is an issue in itself), it's that there is no NOTIFICATION of the change!

Really poor, convoluted process to get a hold of boarding pass, had to Google search Jet2 and boarding pass to get directed to the 'out of app' website to get these. Just tried to share our next holiday, all options only produced a black jpg. Tried to add booking on my app that my partner had booked but couldn't as booked against a different email address...only found this out when attempting to add. Poorly designed not intuitive and has failed at everything I have tried to do with it.

I thought travelling with jet2 was excellent as a first time lone traveller everything was made easy if I was a bit unsure of anything there were plenty of helpful staff just pointing me in the right direction and when I couldn't get my boarding pass up on my phone one of the staff even sorted that out got to admit I got a bit panicky about it but all was well got on board well looked after will definitely be using them again

Jet2 as a company are great and we always book our holidays with them but their app is awful! You see a price of a holiday, click on more information and the price goes up over £1000! And the amount of holidays that are shown that aren't available when you click on them is ridiculous too. Makes trying to book very frustrating and tiresome. In reply to the comment above from Jet2, I am filtering correctly and have screenshots.
