No good cause it won't actually show you much of anything or let you follow along with any of it's workouts, unless you pay for a premium subscription, or pay a one time fee of $80. Otherwise you can't do anything.

There is no way to try out the app. It doesn't allow you to do any exercises without paying for a monthly subscription. All it does is show a video with an AI voiceover

I could not get to the exercises and the essence of the app because tons of abtrusive ads. You gsve nothing while want money. Lovely.

You should not make it this app for only premium users. You may give option other people to watch ads and get the benifit. So overall I like it but you mad the mistake by making this app premium

If you're going to make your premium version paid that's fine. But at least let people try the thing before you start bombarding them with squeeze pages. I mean I'd seen the same subscribe page 5 times before I even tried an exercise. After every activity you try, you get a squeeze page. So instead of trying the app and seeing if I like it, I'm left irritated. Uninstalled immediately.

One of the wrost Kegal apps I've tried. All these flashy animations and videos, all just to have you watch an ad to even start the exercise. I understand needing to earn money from your work, but the ads in this app are too much for me. So many other apps just get to the business without the bs. Would not recommend.
