everything is fine but the license renewal option is not working i fill all the requirements out there but at the last when i click save and Continue button it says server error 500 which is almost a waste of time. i tried several times but not working. please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

This is a good initiative by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government but there are many problems within this app. Firstly, the verification process from the concerned departments is very long and also there is no helpline number provided within this app. If any error occurs after the application process, then you cannot contact anyone for it, but you will have to go through the whole process again.

Hi, Team I am facing problem in process of renewal request of my arm license through Dastak app. After giving entire data in required columns, when i click on submitt option, I got a message with "Error, server Error 500" . No help line or contact number for assistance.. How,I can process my request now??

It is a very useful app. You can do all the steps within a short time. You don't need to stand in a long queue or to visit any office. But it takes too long to get a licence. It's been more than 4 months that I m waiting for SO arms to issue me a licence.

Well the app is exceptional but there is no check and balance and nobody gives a *** that you have applied for license. The same clerks won't even like to tick mark your progress in the app as per your record until you contact them directly. Kp Govt should look into this matter.

I have signedup for account. When i try to login it says "account does not found". When i try to forget my password it says "something went wrong". When i try to again signup it says "account already registered". I have mailed this issue to IT dept they haven't responded from past several days. And its been more than 3 weeks im constantly getting same error. Where solution is nowhere to be found

Licencing process is excellent but lengthy process in respect of time consuming. Please also start delivery service through this app like fard record. It would be a good step and ease for people instead of visiting offices and waiting in queue's.

It is a very positive and fruitful step from KPIT board but I want to highlight some of issues that need to be corrected for example process through this channel is very slow as I have applied for pistol license from 13th May. It took more than one month for police verification then about one month in DC office and from 11th July I am still waiting for license printing. Thank you
