Often fails to ring and I have missed deliveries because of it. The Defigo system has a few advantages over a wired doorbell especailly when it comes to answering the door remotely. But those advantages are outweighed by unreliabilty due to multiple failure points. If you are thinking of installing Defigo....don't.

The app keeps on crashing and I get these notices that the app has a bug. I have sent several messages in the app asking for support and have never gotten a response from the developer. I don't know when people are ringing my doorbell which has caused me to miss packages, and visitors. I really hate this app.

App is useless and never works. I reached out to Defigo with the issue of their app on my Samsung S22. The lame response I got was that their developers "would look into it". This was weeks ago and not a single issue has been resolved. The app constantly crashes no matter what. Over the past 2 months I can count on 1 hand how many times the app has worked when someone has tried to call me. If you or anyone you know is considering using Defigo, I strongly recommend you don't. You will regret it.

Keeps crashing whenever someone used the doorbell. On subsequent attempts, it works. Fix your app! I've already talked to my neighbors and they are having similar issues. Will be bringing this up on the next meeting.

Won't ring, Won't show up on display at all, already reinstalled but still same. Bad settings option, can only open to only certain corridor with only 1 RFID card when the whole building a has a lot of different entrance.

Constantly have to clear cache delete data uninstall then reinstall just so the bell rings. The only saving grace is I can open the door at all times without having to have it ring first. App needs a bug fix badly.

This app feels like it was written by an iOS developer, in 2012, and i think the cameras Defigo use are from the same era. I do, however, like how Defigo encourage exercise, by occasionally making me run down 3 flights to open the door manually.
