Plainly, this app just doesn't work. Just like their mobile site, it's garbage. None of the drop-down menus to "Select member" work, so I can't access anything because I can't select the member I want to access it for. This is no surprise to me, though, because the website has always been a mess and currently, it takes me into an infinite redirect loop when I sign in. What a disaster and a shame...it's infuriating to know the chunk we pay for insurance got blown on this.

its glitchy and slow. redirects to browser for authentication. login process is slow. several in app features dont load. Most website features are not there on the app. Its almost as if united doesn't care about the student population it insures. It's name is also weird. When you search for it on phone, typing "united" or "uhc" doesn't work. You have to remember to find "student resources".

The app is extremely inconvenient and will not allow me to insert my SSN or access my healthcare card. Also, the features in the app look like they were designed by a clueless 12 year old learning how to make an app. The only good thing about this app is it will actually let me log into my account, unlike the browser.

I "can" log-in, only to be told that I have to reset my password before continuing. Issue with that is that they apparently do not have a phone number nor email on-file for me, so I can't get the reset link. Hope I don't need my insurance card between now and graduation!

This app is just useless. Signs me out every time I close the app and doesn't even have a proper login functionality apart from redirecting you to their web page. And even if you login, some times the app doesn't register the successful authentication and still shows you the login page.

Does not work at all. Can't even login properly, keeps diverting back to sign in page after confirming my login details. Doesn't load any member details. Has been like this past few months. No care given to the app at all.

Updated review Dec 2018: Convenient app - especially having an e-copy of the insurance card and ability to check EOBs - although missing some key components: can not check benefits/benefit balance, nor access a copy of the policy brochure to check coverage details. The app is also a bit slower than I'd expect. Terrific response from technical support: a representative reached out to address difficulties I had with previous updates and worked with me to resolve the issues.

Awful, but it has issues with websites and application. It's not working at all. I'm suffering from this a lot and from website. Everything is automatically show here sign in and then directly signing off without anything done. Just wanted to be same the other member. Enough is enough. Not sure what should I do. Even the response of call centers are awful. And no reply to my issue. I am feeling so annoyed and disappointed. Nothing to say more.
