born in Vegas, figured I would stay current, the app is unusable due to the constant ads. I mean constant back to back never ending ads that won't go away even after clicking skip or close. constantly coming up making any kind of reading experience awful or impossible. just absolutely the worst app experience I've ever had.

I have to constantly close the app and reopen if I go back. The only way to go back is to use their little arrow at the top. But sometimes I forget, and I use the normal back but. And when that happens, the whole screen goes black and I have to close the app and reopen. Update: it's been fixed, and working properly now.

I have the Review-Journal and pay for a subscription. My paper did not arrive today so I checked the online app and thought I'd give it a shot. Even though I pay for my subscription I'm still subjected to pop-up ads, and adverts throughout the body of the text, along with improperly formatted text I'm viewing on a mobile device. Piece of garbage. It took me about 5 minutes to uninstall this app. I tried loading the E paper offered and that button fails to do anything.

Absolutely horrible! Poorly designed and very user unfriendly with lots of click bait and a video that pops up repeatedly, obscuring 1/2 the screen, despite all attempts to close it. Articles are poorly written and are usually about trivial matters. The RJ isn't much of a newspaper, but its app is even worse. Las Vegas needs a better chronicler of current events. While (trying) to read the few actual news reports, be prepared to be assaulted by stupid ads that just won't take no for an answer.

Improvements need to be made. When you select e-paper to read the newspaper you've subscribed to it just sits on the loading paper screen. It will not load and doesn't function. This is not a new issue either, it should have been corrected months ago. Don't waste your time subscribing to the Review Journal unless you're receiving the hard copy. Nothing but a headache. I just checked 4-16-2022. This error persists.

I downloaded this app months ago and still have the same problem. When I click on ANY site that has a story from your publication I'm told I have to download the app to read the article. And when I open the app I have to use the search function, to find the story,because your layout of headline is abysmal. Update the app. Look at better apps and see how you might be able to make yours better.

Ads ads ads ads ads ads and more ads. Just canceled my subscription. I tried the 99 cent 6 month offer. Every article u click on, you have a minimum of 2 ad windows to close. When you go back to the main page you have to close 2 more that pop-up. Beyond annoying.

The development team for this app has been very responsive for fixing bugs in the app; for example, the inability to exit, and the blank ePaper bugs. I would have rated 5 stars, but took off a star because they still haven't fixed the sharing of non-ePaper articles with a clipboard link.
