This app basically isn't working for me. Every step so far has a bug, and i have been in contacting support back and forth for many weeks trying to report and resolve each bug.

Very bad experience with this app. I made an appointment 3 days in advance, and on the day itself they automatically rescheduled me to another day and time (which I'm unavailable) without asking me, saying doctor is unavailable. I had to cancel the whole thing and schedule again, at which point there were no more slots in the next few days (generally slots are very limited). After I finally made another appointment, doctor called 20min early, before I was ready.

Able to install app the first time. After I closed the app, it couldn't restart the next day despite repeated uninstall and reinstall. Couldn't find any help online and the website posted here leads to whitelabel error page!

App is fine, but getting timely appointment is not, and then you end up with "doctor" who turns out to be useless. Told me I need certain meds, and to go see a doctor face to face again to get the prescription. So then why did I wait several days for an appointment, and why is the online doctor invoicing this if he only reads my checkup report, which I had already comprehended on my own anyway! Total waste of time and money

Had to download this app for a medical review. Waited on the app at the allocated time but nothing happened for 5 mins. When the phone vibrated there was no "accept call" button. Had to reschedule because of this. Wasted my time.
