Have used laundryheap for 2 years and was getting increasingly frustrated at my sheets coming back looking dirty and crumpled, tried Love2Laundry last week and my god what a difference! Sheets and towels came back perfectly clean, beautifully folded and soft, highly recommend them..The app could use some improvements to make it easier to use but service overall was so good I kept it 5 stars

Excellent service, I previously used the website now I've just downloaded the app. The team have always been a pleasure to deal with, flexible with delivery times and the clothes cleaned, folded and ironed to perfection. Highly recommended.

New app version has not transferred my details across and now cannot get my London address correct. The map places me in Paris! The old app worked fine. The new app version will lose my custom if it can't even identify my address. Please fix your app asap

Latest updates to the app have rendered it unusable. Give my bank details and get invoiced, really? Oh well it was a good run while it lasted, off to find another provider with an app that works.

Tried the services twice, time slots are not respected and app doesn't show my invoices as complete even after the jobs are done so the point system is not working, and no easy chat option to follow up.. delete

My experience was exceptional. It is really affordable and quality of wash was also exceptional along with packing in which the clothes were delivered. Highly recommended.

I really like this company but the App keeps crashing - it has been doing this for months now and no one seems to be fixing it - I keep getting a message saying the app has a bug.

I entered my valid UK postcode, with or without a space, and the app says "please enter your full UK postcode". It seems it probably means my area is not supported, but if so then fix the error message then
