App is very useful when buying, changing or just checking bus tickets. However, it almost always crashes when I wanna check my profile and then logs me out, requiring me to log in again. I still like it for handling tickets, however I am only able to use some of the properties of the app.

Session expires often and app logs me out. Not good when it happens while boarding the bus. Also the app would be more useful when frequent journeys are quickly selectable, instead of showing some random popular lines. I like the round trip discounts. But this is not specific to app.

Poor UX. Too many bugs. Adding ticket to wallet doesn't work, can't grab card details from google pay, have to enter card manually, adding payment card throws an error, input lag between typing and symbols appearing on the screen, inconsistent translation, and many more issues :(

Good looking app, although there is an error here and there. It would be great if the user could look up the location of the stops right in the app (based on the ticket) and didn't have to look it up on the website!

QR codes of tickets unscannable by drivers. For several rides the apo variant of the QR cannot be scanned by the drivers so I Always have to be boarded last when they have time to manually input the code or I use the email aadress PDF QR code. The QR code in the app cannot be used however. Like one driver today told me "This code doesn't have a frame around it like the others do"

Horrible customer experience. Absolutely not flexible company and very expensive tickets. Trying to solve an issue with customer support only results in hearing "according to rules of our company we cannot anyhow help you". Its kinda soivet way of doing business

I try to buy a ticket but when I select the exact bus I get "Your basket has expired". I have rebooted, reinstalled, retried but still the same error.

I needed to travel to Tallin from St Petersburg but it doesn't have this option though it does exists online. Uninstalled the app.
