This app needs to be fixed ASAP to work like the previous one did. Edit: I have to log back in every 2-3 days because it just logs out on its own and that's very annoying 👎 I'm not able to turn off the auto-renewal on my plan, it says my request will be processed in 24 hours and it's been 3 days now. It also doesn't keep track of the amount of data used properly, it doesn't update daily, like the previous app did, and that's quite inconvenient

i've purchased their sim card for 45 kr with 14kr on the balance and was not been able to purchase any of their cheapest plans. Then i called to their support and i've been told that i'am an existing customer and those plans is not for me and i have to pay even more. i guess its some kind of a scam. i would not recommend them at all. beware i should say

The worst sim card. Don't waste your time and money. No support, I emailed support ten days ago, still no response. The price of the tariff is expensive compared to other SIM cards. The speed of 4G does not exceed 8 megabits per second and the upload is much weaker. The SIM card internet is completely disconnected every few minutes, that is, it disconnects and reconnects up to 10 times per hour, and it does not even help to surf the web. To use the Internet inside the country, roaming needed!!!

If with the last update there was minor bugs fixed, I hope that the major ones are on the way to be fixed. My biggest issue — it just gets stuck on the payment when I'm trying to buy a new bundle. Tried like 10+ times, but nothing

Another failure of an app from Lyca. Cant buy any plan, it just gets stuck at payment. And prevents you from retrying saying the order is in progress. Better design, but doesn't do the only thing it's supposed to.

The mobile data is the worst, like in 2005 ,with ethernet !

Can't proceed with purchasing bundles. It hangs on the payment page and then blocks you from retrying because of pending transactions.
