Slow app, stolen deliveries. I'm yet to receive a single delivery because they all get stolen. No refund, but I was offered a credit which sounded like it was a one time thing. The delivery method is useless. The app itself is so slow and clunky it's almost unusable. It alone would have made me cancel even if I got my deliveries. When cancelling they have dark UX patterns to trick you into staying. Stay away from Marley Spoon.

Hands down the best food delivery box I've tried and I tried three others, the quality of the food is amazing, find the recipes are well thought out, my family has tried many things we would normally try and introduce us to lots of new food. And the price is great for what you're getting

While I think the selection of food is great and everything so far has been delicious, and the prices reasonable, the app itself loads really slowly and is a bit cumbersome. Disappointingly, the rewards claimed by ordering 2 boxes don't actually apply a discount when you choose an item - they show up as full price in the order summary so be careful.

Great recipes, crummy delivery issues. Recipes are yummy but this is the 2nd time I've cxl'd because I had amnesia from the 1st subscription. 3 weeks & deliveries arrive too late for dinner (after 8) and you're a slave to their arrival because there's no warning. Meats are melted and vegetables/herbs are brown/wilted. Today, open chicken in the box leaking juice & no recipe cards. (Unsanitary to scroll my phone w/ dirty hands.) I'm very, very sad. 😭

Unnecessarily complicated. Not for busy people. Really great recipes, but ingredients are shipped in a jumble all together, and be ready to do everything from scratch.

The app works well, but the service itself is not worth the price. Ingredients (when you get all of them) are not always pre measured and recipes that only require "pantry staples" ask for specific things like specialty vinegar or require tools that are not common (who has an immersion blender). It's the highest priced meal kit service but you can get very similar recipes with the same fresh ingredients from Everyplate and Hello Fresh. I would not recommend.

App still rubbish! I don't understand why companies constantly change their apps and invariably make them worse. Who complained about the last version? Everything is harder to find, takes longer or is gone. E.g you can't search old recipes that you've ordered. You have to manually search previous orders. Calorie information is now two taps instead of one. Ordering is slower because your choices hide, requiring another tap to unhide. Go back!

Terrible update. This app just updated and the new version is awful. Much harder to navigate, I can't look at the recipes that are being packed to plan for the week - ie cooking time, allergens, ingredients in case I want to buy a little extra to make more serves due to guests coming. Also can no longer favourite recipes and look through old recipes etc. Please roll back to the old version.
