A honest review, So the app has some bugs, it sometimes won't load the catalog, you have to clear it a bunch of times to get to what you are looking for. Wishlist gets deleted for some odd reason. However even with all it's buggy issues, being able to search for the tool. Then have the actual tool serial number. To be able to give it to your rep is cool. Also very useful, so I believe with a few changes here and there this app can be amazing.

It's a fabulous idea, I love it when it works, but it just doesn't. I can't leave reviews, I can't add or remove items from my cart, half the time it says they have zero tools no matter the category I look into.

Review update: I do not know why I still try to use this app. It is horrible! It needs to be completely restructured from ground up. Do not even bother downloading this app. I am unistalling. Hopefully someone listens and fixes this garbage. If I could give zero stars I would. Works once in a while. Logs me out all the time. Great for sending notifications for daily deal, but click on it and won't load. Too many bugs to name, mostly loading issues. Hopefully we can see an update with a fix.

Just created an account earlier today to help facilitate paying my bill while my new distributor is starting up, and I can already not access or change account information, pay bills, or view the catalog. My account was fully registered, but the app now says I need to finish registration, but saves nothing. The catalog crashes after scrolling a full page, so I can't even use the app with or without an account. Update: can no longer log in, also cannot delete my account. Worse by the minute!

This app is terrible. After setting it up, I added a couple of things to my wishlist. When I got on the truck the next week, I went to my list and it was empty. Photos for most of the items don't work, which is especially bad for the new tools and sales flyer sections. When I tried to change my address in the app, it said to talk to my dealer - when he tried to do it in his system, it told him I needed change it in the app. Huh? Matco needs to invest $$$ into the app and make it work.

Update #2, the app is really getting bad, now you can't access the catalog. This app is garbage. For the last 2 weeks, I've tried to login. I keep getting an error, "no data found for this request". It's getting to be a real problem for me as I'm not always to see my distributor every week. Most of my tool orders are place through the app, it really needs a big update. Update, Uninstalled then reinstalled the app, now I get login credentials are not valid.

Nice app in the way that i can view my PSA and truck account details, bad in the way that it's constantly having issues viewing the catalog as well as weekly specials not updating.

The App is Super Slow.. ❤ Doesn't change color and gives error messages. I'm guessing the heart is to add item to your wish list. But it's not working. Please fix the wish list and make the App upload pages faster. Also please add the ability to add items to wish list from the Deals section/list. I'll edit my review when this things are fixed.. also if it's not a part of the wish list to allow sharing a link to the wish list for others to purchase as a gift.. please make that an option! Thanks
