I do not see any user advantage in Edusprint Pro v Edusprint+. The performance is also the same, the UI isn't better or intiuitive. Rather Pro works poorly for me as I have 2 students (2 children) on the app. The switching process is worse off for me vis-a-vis the previous app. Also, this app gives me notification for both students but when I click on the notification, it gives me an error bcos the notification was for a different student and it does not handle the swapping of profile by itself.

This app is stuck at the first screen i.e. "Please wait verifying you...". I'm trying to get through since past few days but it's not working. Same for my husband's phone as well. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it as well. Upgraded too. But it always open up to this screen and is not moving ahead.

In the pro version, under ecampus circular section it shows only the dates of circular. Everytime we need to expand each date to view the circulars. It's so much time consuming to find a particular circular. It would be great if it shows the subject or heading of circular along with date in collapsed form. So that it becomes easy to find any specific circular.

This is an app filled with lots of problems. Earlier the attendance was shown of past months. Now I am not receiving notifications of any message or circular the school has posted. Neither the school is able to resolve this issue nor the app developers are resolving it. Why do you invent such a useless app? I am still waiting for the app to get fixed.

Since we changed to "PRO" Every time we open the app it tells us to first update the app. Also, I'm unable to COPY the message received from school, to post it on my family WhatsApp chat. Now tge biggest bug of all: since morning of 18/10/24, the app is just going around in circles displaying 'Please Wait Verifying You'..... & nothing is happening after that. I've been unable to download the Handout sent by school

this is worst application and people have no choice but to use as school has choosen this. not speedy, lagging a lot, not a single notification opens the desired screen and shows error. if parents have choice, not a single parent will use this garbage

Edusprint plus was better than pro for 2 reasons: one, we cannot copy the text in message in pro version, so cannot forward it easily. We have to take screenshot instead. Second, font is very small in pro, so if I am in hurry n edusprint message comes, I have to search for spectacles first

After the new upgrade to pro, for viewing everyday activities parent need to click on each subject to expand it and view the details. So in all to check 8 periods data ( class work and homework) , you need to click 16 times and expand. Earlier in single scroll whole days data could be viewed. This is a usability issue. Another issue is if you have to view a worksheet after a months time, it's impossible to do so from website. Website only shows limited previous data
