My go to taxi services. I usually book these as they're fast and dependable. Book on app and will give you a reg plate to look out for as well as a map to track and contact your driver closer to your pick up time. You can't currently pay by card in the app, which is annoying, but the taxi drivers have a contactless device so can use your phone or card to pay (including chip and pin I think).

Amazing! Had to phone up Millers to book a taxi after a problem with the other firm I usually use. The woman on the end of the phone was amazing, considering its Xmas day as well. Tried the app for the way back and both times the taxis came quickly, the drivers were really good. I hope you'll see this, the woman on the phone at about 2.17pm, then the driver she sent out and the driver on the way back from the paddock, thank you, you really helped when my brother locked himself in his bathroom x

The service is great but i cant get the app to work. I've used millers taxis with a friend but it will not accept my email address when trying to register. If i can use the app myself I'm giving it 5 stars but until then i can't give it good feedback if i can't use it. My email address starts with a number so maybe it just thinks its a spam address but regardless, could someone fix it please.

Very dependable firm. I was in hospital 20ish miles away and was always made to wait around 2 to 3 hours to get a taxi. Have never been let down by Millers. They're my go to taxi firm. App is very easy to use, shows you how many taxis are in the vicinity of your area. You can track the taxi thats coming to pick you up too.

Non starter...the Taxi service itself seems very efficient, after booking over the phone. But this app doesn't get beyond sending me a security code and then hanging. No amount of reinstalling (or rebooting the phone) resolves the problem. A great shame.

The app is easy to use but the pre-booking is too inconsistent, sometimes a driver isn't assigned for 10+ minutes later than the booking and then with the time it takes to arrive it's not reliable.

Used to be a fantastic app, but then an update was added so that you can only book a taxi if in the centre of Preston. Wont let you book a taxi from the app if you want a pick up from Hutton for example, so you have to call the operator. If the catchment area was widened, I'd put this review back up to 5 stars
