EDIT: after a response from Mindark I found that I need to manually go into the app info to allow the camera to scan the QR code. Just a suggestion but maybe have a more that tells people this in the info. Thanks. Something is wrong with the apps connection to my camera. When trying to scan the QR code all I get is a black screen with a red line(permissions giving to access phones camera). Using a samsung note 8

Installed this app on 3 phones, all of them when i try to scann the QR code, thers a Red line on screen. Also i try contact Support, told me to reinstall until it works. Over 30 reinstall - not working! Found out that u need to give permission to App to use your camera! 5* back (first gave 1*)

Do not tie your Entropia Universe account to this app! it essentially locks it to your phone, and if you lose your recovery code (or never got one) they tell you to file a support ticket. Problem is THEY NEVER ANSWER IT! It's been 2 weeks since I filed mine and nothing... If they fix it I will change my review!

Impossible to migrate from one phone to another without deactivation and reactivation. Plan to save your recovery code somewhere super obvious or you will be carrying your old phone and forever. Support was totally unhelpful.

Initial issues switching phones and no recovery code so needed to contact support. Installed the app on my new Huawei P30 pro and even though I gave the app permissions I had to manually allow them app access to the camera to successfully scan the QR code.

Sometimes it can get out of sync and you are then locked out. Support is so slow to help fix it.

Seems simple. Only issue I had is you have to generate a QR code, it will not do it automatically.

I HATE being forced off my gold card!!! Mobile phones are easy to hack. 11 years with my gold card and NEVER had a problem with it!
