I really appreciate how there are so many elements in the one app, but the only thing that I think it's missing is a way to search the chats. I know there's a message from a couple months ago with some helpful information, but I'm not sure which group it was from and I can't seem to scroll far enough to find it without spending hours searching, so I end up sending out a new message requesting the info. It would be so helpful to have a keyword search of all my chats.

Edit: Things have gotten worse. I thought maybe it was my old phone having troubles. Got a new phone, same problems, plus the lag on this app has gotten worse. I am struggling to get it to upload photos, bring up new messages, and click buttons. Please, make this app better! The new update is horrible. Slow loading, chats disapearing and then reappearing, getting notifications,and then not taking me to what was mentioned. The only good change is I can see who has reacted to comments now.

The purpose behind this app is great, but I find it to be cumbersome to use. I am in multiple groups and receive many messages throughout the day. Opening and responding to these messages could be a full time job in and of itself as it takes forever for every step to load. I constantly get a "reconecting' bar across the top of my screen. I usually give up and leave the messages unread because it becomes frustrating.

Update: There is nowhere for any privacy settings, apparently everyone can see my phone # & info, and I am not okay with that. I've turned off group emails, and I still get several. I don't want to leave the group just to stop the email onslaught. I only see where to change phone notifications, otherwise. | I allow the app access to my files in order to upload a profile picture, but it just says I need to allow access. Email support was no help.

Overall the app is fair, but there is a major issue with the apparent lack of a local server in Australia where I live. The app can take ages to update and sometimes not at all. The link to our church news has to use your phones browser and so it is very clunky and time consuming to go from the app to an external hyperlink. As others have noted the notifications function is not intuitive. I have had to switch off all notifications as there is no apparent way to only receive important activity.

The church search function is horribly broken. There is no way to sort results, and it doesn't seem that the results are sorted at all. I searched for the exact name of the church i was looking for and it said there were no results. I turned on search at my location, while sitting right in the middle of the church, and the church did not appear in the list. Please fix this search, or at least let us filter by state, city, and/or zip.

One of the worst apps I've used. Full of bugs, the developers obviously don't care about this app. Notification don't take you to the thing they're supposed to, app takes 10+ seconds to load a page, pressing back doesn't instantly go back, terrible lag, you can't access content from more than 1 church at a time, the list just goes on. They would be better off throwing this app in the garbage and starting over with a competent team.

🙌 I absolutely love, love, LOVE! this app. I can watch a variety of episodes, keep up with my giving & request prayer! You can keep up with group activities & a directory is at your fingertips! People watching the podcasts can get an idea of what is taught & prayerfully choose to visit their soon to be new church! WHAT is not to like? 🙌 🙏
