dealing with payment on this app is HELL. kept getting the same error when trying to reactivate my membership. eventually I just ended up doing it in person, but the app STILL charged my card through the app AND at the toll when they asked for it. i ended up getting charged twice and I have to dispute it later on. UPDATE: 12/4: The merchant sent the full refund for the other charge, which is a good thing on their part. The error still stands unfortunately, but I'll just be going in person.

I was amazed by how simple it was to not only downgrade but cancel my membership. I'll still be going to get my washes here but I couldn't justify the monthly cost when I didn't even go monthly. Car always looked great and hasn't been any damage yet so I'll see how using the app to buy my washes goes. I'll update when it happens.

Had a subscription issue, they contacted me shortly with direct contact info. The car wash is excellent. It's clean, I'm so used to pulling into car washes that look like someone's car caught on fire and ran through whole way before they turned the water on, and they never cleaned the interior or replaced the charred looking brushes. Lol

Would be nice if it kept a history so we could see when we went. Edit; Alright well I just wasn't smart enough to click that one lol I thought it was just for my payments for the subscription So 5 stars it is, since I've had no issues with the app

a little disappointed. locked my card. no e mail telling me they didn't get payment. Instead close it. instead of trying again. I'll give it a chance this time. next time I will go to another car wash.

I have the Platinum Membership, but this site seems to indicate I need to join and purchase a package. There is no acknowledgement that you show I have am enrolled.

Non responsive app. Even one mistake entering your CC makes you start the whole process over. Their website is no better.
