The app has had so many problems. I've had issues where it takes me on a loop trying to add a perk. I have the item in my bag, but it's like it doesn't see it and keeps wanting me to add the item. And now the app keeps crashing, I can't even open it. My phone told me to wait for the developers to fix the bug and then update the app. I actually love potbelly, but this app is terrible.

How is there no location search function? It's impossible to find your specific store and good luck if you go to multiple locations having to find each one every time. Edit: September 25th 2024 Updated the app to order for the first time in a while and the app just crashes when you press the order button. Would change my rating to 0 stars if I could.

App has been working better and more consistently, however they still don't have any way to issue refunds or vouchers in place for when a store gets the order wrong... after you drive there during a limited lunch break and they don't answer their phone.

The app won't open. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled it. Resisted my phone, and it's updated it. It only opens to the main page but never to my profile for me to see points or make an order. I missed the BOGO because of it.

Sucky and terrible app. Developer should be fired. I live NEXT DOOR to the Potbelly Sandwiches: in theory, I could be buying from them quite regularly. I do like their sandwiches. However - this app is absolute and utter garbage. Every other time I go to buy a sandwich, the app crashes - destroys my phone, logs itself out and refuses my entry. I delete, reinstall, update etc - endless issues. Can't tell you how many hundreds or even thousands of dollars Potbelly Sandwich Works has lost for it

This review is for the app only! The App is annoying as it does not allow you to schedule your order for later pick up. I like to schedule my order based on my commute to work. You follow steps, the clicks don't work or won't lead you to the correct page. As of right now you can ONLY order through the App if you want to pick up asap. Come on Potbelly fix it!

With the latest update to the app, you now have to start your order over if you want to set a later time on the order. Got a saved favorite and want to order it for later? Too bad, you'll have to enter it again. Sometimes payment won't go through, but you'll still get your receipt and everything will seen fine until you show up at the store and they don't have your order. Please bring back the old app!

Wow, where do I begin to describe the problems with this app. If you want to change location after selecting your food, you have to start over. If you want to change your pickup time after selecting your food, you have to start over. Once you select a Perk (cookie for example), you can't undo it and get your coins back. You also can't swap meats (no salami, substitute pepperoni instead). Please fix at least some of these! Galaxy S22
