NOT FREE. Free to download, sure. but it forces you to pick a monthly plan, only after you put in all your information. Feels misleading. minimal monthly plan was $45 a month, for the basicas. not something I can easily afford when I'm starting a brand-new business.

Keeps stopping. For basic plan in the beginning like 4 days ago it was $30 for one user then they decided to go up to $50 plus they're forcing you to buy a debit processor. Call to try to get support there is no one and they do not return calls so I don't know what you do in case of an emergency. I force this app to close and I am erasing its data and uninstalling Good luck if you're going to use this not worth it even if it were free

I have been grooming 30+ years. I have used paper "cards" for years. Then used 123 Pets it was a good program. As long as I kept paying for "upgrades". When I went mobile I went back to a paper system. Then came across moego. Figured I would give it a go. It was nice with a click or two client appointments can be rebooked. The 2.0 even has grooming notes. I feature I love. Like anything they are adding new features. Love the maping makes for ease of use!

This app is excessively expensive and incredibly glitchy. The location always defaults to America, despite living in Australia, and you need to press on the menu items several times before they register that they have been pressed. They charge a ridiculous amount of money and provide nothing google calendars, Square, and text messages can't. Don't bother with them.

This app has many amazing features if you are a groomer running your own biz. This app allows me more time to groom by allowing clients to do their own booking! When you are ready, invoices are sent off to the clients, making payments easy and paperless! I do wish the app had a retail section as well as a quantity option and cash payment option. The best part though, it gives me a "MoeGo" phone # so my clients do not know my cell number! Best grooming app ever!

In 2019 I've got my first mobile van. I have used MoeGo from the beginning. I really like the messaging, calendar and the mapping feature. They recently upgraded and added lots of new features and are still adding more. It's convenient and fast I'm able to send my customers their invoice and next appointment immediately after their groom.

OMG I can't stop telling people how good this app is. I went from doing everything manually with spreadsheets and individual text messages. It has saved me so much time and does everything I could ever think of I needed to run my business. On top of that, the customer support is amazing! I have never experienced such responsive support, at any time of the day and night. I cannot more highly recommend this app!!

Very happy to write a glowing review for MoeGo.... I've been using the software for a few years now across 2 different grooming business in Australia. I REALLY did my research too before choosing MoeGo and I have been very satisfied... If I had to focus on one thing, it's clear to me they are spending more time and resources on improving this app than any other I've seen.... I highly recommend these guys... I feel that this already great software will only improve. Can't say that about the rest!
