I've been trying to use this app for days, but the login/sign-up process is a nightmare. Every time I try to log in or create an account, it either freezes, gives me an error, or fails to recognize my credentials. I’ve even tried resetting my password, but nothing works. It’s incredibly frustrating because the app looks promising, but I can’t even access it! I’ve seen multiple reviews about the same issue, so it’s clearly a widespread problem. Until this is fixed.

Hi Why I am not being able to cast/mirror screen on Tv? I purchased a one month subscription. Whenever I try to cast it on my TV, the video stops. I've been told that it's an app issue.. If it's the app use, why you can not refund it then?start charging money once you fix the issue. Everyone, please be careful before buying subscription..these guys just want to make money without giving service. If you want to watch a movie on Mobile , you can purchase it. Otherwise, there is no point.

Once you subscribe, it's gonna renew your subscription monthly even without your consent. I believe it's called fraud in other language. And there is no such button called cancel subscription in the app where you can do yourself. You card details are saved in their system even if you chose not to save any payment methods. Isn't this ironic???? And the app itself doesn't work properly. Can't load sometime and can't mirror cast or share your screen on TV.

I subscribed the movie app for a month. The only issue i encountered while watching movies was the video kept on buffering from time to time ( not because of internet speed ). If the developers can solve this issue , i will change my ratings from 3 to 5. Also, please make the app available for Amazon firetv. I know this app is in its early phase. Hope to see more improvements in coming updates. 😊

I don't understand why they made this app. While signing up, it asks for OTP via email, but never sends one. I checked in junk, inbox, promotions everywhere, but no luck. I tried in other phones with other email IDs, and it never sends an OTP. What a waste of an app! Disappointed!!

Disappointing and Unusable on Multiple Platforms I’ve used over 50 streaming apps, and "MSM Video" is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The quality is subpar, with grainy visuals and frequent buffering. Even the web version is poorly optimized and isn’t compatible with any TV, streaming device, leaving me unable to watch on a larger screen. With no options for web or TV viewing, this app feels outdated and incredibly limited. Save yourself the trouble—this app isn’t worth it

This app doesn't allow to watch movies on TV (Samsung). I tried these ways but failed. 1. Direct casting from app was never active. 2. No app in TV store. 3. While Screen mirroring to TV, movie doesn't play. 4. While using Samsung Dex feature, movie doesn't play. 5. While using web brower on laptop to connect to TV via HDMI, movie doesn't play. 6. While using Bluestacks emulator, movie doesn't play. 7. While using type C to HDMI to connect phone to TV directly, movie doesn't play. Useless app.

I paid for this app, but I keep encountering errors, which is very frustrating. The app frequently crashes, and sometimes I can't even log in, making it almost unusable. I expected much better performance, especially for a paid service. I hope the developers can fix these issues soon.
