It's a good app. But a lot of the time will say no driver's available unless you pick the more expensive option of "business". It even when driver's are available they won't accept your ride. And sometimes ends up costing much more then lift it Uber, though normally it is a couple dollars cheaper. But over all nice alternative to lift and under for those wanting to pay cash.

I was looking for a excellent transportation app, and thought I found it here! until I spoke with customer service. this place has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. i asked to speak to a manager the response was"I AM THE MANAGER I can do NOTHING about it. call back in the morning. I was appalled I should not have to deal with anything like this as a good paying customer. you guys trick me with the logo. because I thought it was professional.

most of the time I really had a not so great experience, drivers charging me more than the actual ride. another one came to get me at the laundry then decided when she came I had to much to put in her car and left me. I waited for more than 2 hours and never got another driver. finally car 48 was sent on what I thought was my last time. car 48 is so curious and kind I appreciate his honesty and care. if I had not gotten this driver I wouldn't be using the service.

The ride is cool .. But the price is never the same nor matches the app ?.. I have always paid more than what the app suggests.. Sorry but true. I paid $14 more on my last trip taken and wasnt given a reason why not once.

Ordered a taxi for 4:15am for connections to be made to a business event that caused me to lose money. There was no call to tell of a delay or any such occurrence or offer by the company to "comp" me. Money grabs can be costly when you least expect in a competitive world-BEWARE YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS.

It's a great comparison to Lyft or Uber except they can take any form of payment. Down side was not having enough drivers!
