Do not use this application. I had bad experience with them everytime I used them, and this is the last time I will use their drivers. The reason is that the amount they charge is not the same it appear for you and you choose it. They will always charge more, giving different excuses, like ohhh we pick you from airport, or there was a little traffic jam or any other excuse. Unlike Uber or any other application I used abroad, and when i complained, they promissed to call back but they never did.

Very bad experience receipt is not give directly very long time to wait if thier is negative star i will give negative star, dont tell me that because the department is closed that why you cannot give the receipt better you stop operate if that so. Then operate when the department is open.

Complete waste of time and money. The app works similarly to others: origin, destination, and budget. Then you pay and, after that, it searches for a driver to accept the ride... if any. That is, you could lose your money (not refundable) and wait for your cab forever. I retried and retried and retried without luck. Imagine you're going to the airport. Fortunately, Uber operates in Manama at lower rates. EDIT: confirmed not refundability, see 'About wallet' conditions.

The application is good, but you cannot pay via the Benefit application, and you cannot save your personal debit card.

I'v been using Bahrain taxi app for all my travels when i need a taxi, it works great for me , user friendly, simple , easy to use and very reliable , the best taxi app in Bahrain among all other apps. thanks for adding credit card payment and I wish if to see debit cards and Benefit pay added as well. generally great and outstanding experience , highly recommended
