Atrocious app. Many features such as being g able to respond with the sms pin sent which does not allow you to respond was mentioned to them 6 months ago. Still broken. Better to use dial a delivery

The worst customer service ever. After waiting 2 hours discovered Munch Food had never even placed my food order with requested restaurant ...and lied and lied about the status of delivery...I had to call the restaurant directly to discover the truth....needless to say...no delivery was made and munch staff did not respond to any queries.

The first orders would arrive in time and the personnel was professional but now the service is going down and the personnel will be unprofessional and scruffy. Takes forever to deliver.

New to this kind of experience i ordered food from St Elmos on the app,and the staff where updating me all the way.They made me feel at ease and comfortable and the food arrived warm..They got friendly drivers,keep up the good work guys
