Update: I am now able to log into the app after developer reached out to me. I was trying to get a screen shot of the error to send to the developers but it suddenly worked. Using the app is so convenient. Original: Not able to login via app, been trying for several weeks now. I get a very large error message about host names. I've had to revert to using the website instead.

The technology behind the myHSA app and their high level of service is why I never hesitate to recommend myHSA. Questions are always answers accurately and quickly when using their live chat feature, and it's good to know that you are chatting with a human and not a bot! Submitting a claim is easy, just fill in a few details and take a picture of the receipt to submit the claim. Highly recommend!!!

I use to be able to attach documents or view my photo gallery to select a photo. Neither work now. I've tried clearing cache and storage, uninstalling/re-installing, resetting permissions, logging out and back in, nothing works. It asks to enable "Documents" in permissions which just isn't an option on Android.

chat system sucks on Android, you can't see what you're typing or new responses because it's under the keyboard. the icons don't make sense and it's impossible to find the info you're looking for. they told me to uninstall and reinstall the app, it wasn't even showing that an update was available. fyi, the reinstalling didn't help. also it logs you out unintentionally when you try to go back in the menu, and then it doesn't even save your username so you have to type it all again.
